Despite the 5-star rating, the hotel lacks basic amenities such as a private beach, which turned out to be just a public area crowded with non-guests. The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. The breakfast service was disappointing with insufficient refills after 9:30, leading to many empty plates.

Limited vegan options made dining challenging but rooms were modern and food was top-notch.

Enjoyed a wonderful 8-night stay in a Double Room with Sea View. The stunning balcony views were perfect for morning coffee. The dining experience was delightful, featuring fresh options. An important tip, take advantage of the AquaHouse for relaxation, a great way to unwind after a day in the sun!

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to several great dining options. The garden area was very well maintained, offering a lot of greenery which was relaxing. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a big highlight and perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. the beach cleanliness left something to be desired, as there was litter present. Our room was comfortable and spacious, which made our stay enjoyable.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend breather in Saints Constantine and Helena with good value for money. The pool area was nice, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Try to get there early if you want a good sunbed by the pool.
